Dear Students, Families, and Community Members,  

It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to the new school year at B.C. Elmore Elementary School! I am honored to serve as your principal, and I am deeply committed to partnering with you to create a thriving school environment where every child feels valued, challenged, and inspired.  

With 16 years in education, I bring a rich background as an elementary teacher, instructional leader, and most recently, as an assistant principal for two years. These experiences have shaped my unwavering belief that high-quality instruction and a positive, structured school culture are the cornerstones of student success.  

At B.C. Elmore Elementary School, our mission is to ensure every child receives exceptional instruction every day in a safe and nurturing environment. We will work together to foster academic excellence, model strong character, and encourage every student to reach their fullest potential.
